Section 12
Budgeting
(1) The Committee shall determine the annual budget for the Federal Parliament and the Secretariat in consultation with the Minister of Finance (2) The budget determined according to sub-section (1) shall be included in the Appropriation Bill by the Government of Nepal (3) The procedures related to the financial administration of the Federal Parliament Secretariat shall be as prescribed.
